STBBI Testing

We offer complete STBBI Testing in one appointment! We will assess you, take your samples, manage your results, and help you get treatment if needed.

An STBBI Testing appointment at our clinic will begin with a chat with one of our providers. Prepare to discuss your sexual partners and the types of sex you have. After a chat, we'll collect the samples you want tested (blood, urine, and/or swabs) and take care of the rest!

If you have a bump or sore that you need a provider to look at, we may direct you to other services if we cannot book you an appointment in a timely manner.

We typically offer STBBI testing on a walk-in basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm - 7 pm. Our walk-in schedule is often posted on our Instagram. Any changes to the schedule will also be posted there.

If you can’t make it in for our walk-in hours, we can find a date and time to schedule an appointment that works for you.

Pap Smears

We are happy to offer appointments for Pap smears.

Pap Smears are a procedure used for cervical cancer screening. A Pap smear involves taking a sample of cells - typically from the cervix - with a tiny brush.

If you are a person with a cervix, this procedure usually consists of a practitioner placing a speculum into the Vagina. With the speculum in place, the practitioner uses a tiny tool called a cytobrush to collect a sample of cells from your cervix. The sample from your cervix is sent off to the lab, where they will look for any abnormal cells.

IUD Services

Our availability for IUD services is extremely limited. Getting an IUD is a two-appointment process. A consult appointment is booked to take a detailed medical history and to help you decide which IUD or other birth control method is best for you. The provider will also talk to you about IUD costs and purchasing options, including programs that might cover the cost of your IUD. After this consult, we will book an insertion appointment where a provider will place your IUD.

Please note that we prioritise youth and people without access to a family doctor. As of June 2026, we no longer provide IUD insertions for outside prescriptions, and do not remove IUDs that were not placed by Planned Parenthood Regina practitioners. We will do our best to direct you in accessing this care elsewhere.

If you need urgent access to IUD services, we recommend contacting your family doctor, attending a walk-in clinic or urgent care, or calling 811 to speak to a nurse for guidance.

Pregnancy Options

Get the information you need. If you are pregnant and unsure what to do, we can help.

Our nurse can discuss your options with you and connect you with other services as needed. Give us a call, and we can schedule a time to discuss over the phone or in person. Although we cannot provide abortion services, if you are seeking more information about abortion, we can go over it with you during one of these appointments.

If you are specifically seeking access to abortion services and have a valid health card, please give a call to the Women’s Health Center in the Regina General Hospital at 306-766-0586 to start the process. If you do not have a health card and are seeking an abortion, we recommend contacting the Regina Abortion Support Network.

HRT Injections

If you have a prescription for HRT bring your shot here! We can give you the injection and even help you learn to do it yourself

How it works
- Get your HRT prescription from a healthcare practitioner and fill it at a pharmacy
- Give us a call to arrange a time for you to come to the clinic: 306-522-0902
- Bring your dose from the pharmacy with you to your appointment and we'll help with the rest!

Our standard practice with every new patient is to ask about chosen & legal names, pronouns, and body parts. You are always welcome to let us know about any changes to these identifiers and we will gladly adapt with you through your journey.

Nexplanon Services

Our practitioners can insert and remove Nexplanon devices (AKA “The Implant”). Give us a call to book an appointment. If you do not have a prescription for your Nexplanon already, we can book you for an initial consult appointment, followed by a separate appointment for the insertion.

Appointments for Nexplanon services can take a bit longer to access. We can usually book you in within 1 to 2 months, but wait times can vary.
