HIRING: Clinical Coordinator

About the Position:

● The Clinical Coordinator is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered

Nurse (RN) who is responsible for the coordination and provision of safe,

competent and ethical, client care at Planned Parenthood Regina (PPR)

● This is a full time (37.5 hours/week), permanent position with a target start

date of August 10th, 2026.

● The starting salary for this position is between $74,743.00 and $93,015.00

annually depending on professional designation and level of experience.

These values represent base professional wages comparable to applicable

union rates, and a 6% administrative bump.

● PPR employees start with 15 days vacation time and 15 days sick time per year

and can expect salary and vacation increases on their third and fifth

employment anniversaries.

● Employees are given paid days off on all Canadian stat holidays as well as

Easter Monday and one discretional holiday per year. PPR offices are closed

during the winter holiday season (December 27 to 31).

● Employees have access to a benefits plan that includes comprehensive health,

drug, vision, and dental coverage, including access to diverse mental and

physical health supports (such as counselors and naturopaths).
